In our in-house laboratory, we simulate real operating conditions using modern lab presses and analyse the filtration behaviour of your suspension in detail. This includes, among other things, the formation and dewatering of the filter cake, the suitability of different filter cloths, the design of the filter plates, and the potential use of filter aids.
Based on these results, we recommend the most appropriate technology – from conventional chamber filter presses to high-performance membrane filter presses.
