Rinsing and washing station

The washing and rinsing station from AQUACHEM is a key component in the field of filter press accessories and is used for the automated supply of washing and cleaning media for modern filtration systems. Designed as a tank tower, it enables the safe storage of various media required for the cleaning process within the filter press.

 

Each integrated tank is continuously monitored by sensors, ensuring that fill levels are always transparently recorded. Through the plant control system, demand-based refilling of media can be triggered automatically, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

 

During the automated washing cycle, the rinsing and washing station supports the targeted flow-through of the filter cake with wash water or cleaning media. This removes dissolved substances, in particular salts, or efficiently replaces the remaining mother liquor.

 

In addition, the rinsing station is used for regular cleaning cycles to regenerate filter cloths through targeted flushing processes. This reduces deposits, improves filtration performance, and significantly extends the service life of the filter media.
