AQUACHEM offers a specially developed solution for flocculant and filter aid dosing for optimal conditioning of the feed stream to the filter press: the AQUACHEM polymer dosing station.
This system enables precise and demand-driven dosing of flocculants, tailored to the respective solids load and the requirements of the downstream filter press. This supports the formation of a stable filter cake and improves the overall process stability of the entire plant.
Depending on the application, dosing can be combined with inline mixers or static mixers to ensure a homogeneous mixing of chemicals with the raw medium.
