Container distribution systems

AQUACHEM offers a wide range of container distribution systems for the safe and controlled discharge of solids from the filter press. The resulting filter cake can be specifically directed via a hopper system into containers, sludge trolleys, big bags or comparable collection vessels.

 

For larger sludge volumes, dynamic solutions are also available: an electrically driven tipping system ensures even distribution of solids within the container. This unit is integrated directly beneath the automatic filter press and optimises the handling of the filter cake produced by membrane or chamber filter presses.

 

For process reliability and automation, both the container position and the current fill level are continuously monitored by multiple laser sensors. If required, an automatic signal is sent, for example to the control room or the higher-level process control system.

 

In this way, our container distribution systems enable reliable, flexible and plant-optimised integration into existing filtration systems and improve the overall process of cake filtration and solids discharge in modern filter presses.
