Reliable filtration for different process requirements

 

A chamber filter press is a proven system for solid-liquid separation. The suspension is pumped under pressure into the closed chambers between the filter plates. The filter cloths retain the solids, while the liquid – the filtrate – passes through the filter cloth and is discharged from the filter press via the filtrate outlets. A solid filter cake gradually forms inside the filter chambers.

 

AQUACHEM offers chamber filter presses for a wide range of applications: from the compact, manually operated LC 320 for laboratory trials and small batches to the LC and EC series, the hygienic EC-Beverage series, and the semi-automated AC series. Plate format, filter volume, materials, operation, and additional equipment options are tailored to the respective application.
