
Test Engineer/Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Test Engineer / Process Engineer (m/f/d) in Senden/Iller
As a Test Engineer/Process Engineer, you will work closely with our customers and determine the optimal configuration of our filter presses directly on site.
We are seeking a team member who not only possesses strong technical expertise, but also demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility and a willingness to travel.
We work with a dedicated team in the field of filtration across a wide range of industries. Our strength lies in understanding our customers’ processes and in developing innovative solutions that deliver genuine added value. For this role, we are looking for someone to investigate filtration processes both at our customers’ sites and in our laboratory. Based on your findings, our filter presses are designed and specified.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- planning, carrying out and evaluating filtration tests at customer sites
- commissioning filter presses at customer locations and supporting their integration into existing production facilities
- conducting tests using customer-specific media to ensure the optimum design of our filter presses
- identifying weaknesses and developing solutions for the continuous improvement of product quality and user-friendliness
- working closely with other departments, including development, manufacturing and customer service, to gather feedback and ensure customer requirements are met
- documenting test results and preparing reports for management
What we value:
- technical understanding of process engineering topics
- experience in carrying out tests or commissioning activities, ideally within the process industry
- knowledge of test methods and tools, as well as statistical analysis techniques
- strong team spirit and communication skills to work effectively with various departments
- initiative and problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges and develop innovative solutions
- fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to work effectively with customers and internal teams
- willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
